2025 is shaping up to be a big year. Organizations are juggling a lot: economic challenges, rapid advancements in AI, and stricter regulations—all at once. It’s a lot to keep up with, but there are ways we can navigate this change together.

Here’s what we’re keeping an eye on and how you can stay ahead:

Economic Pressures: Doing More with Less

The Challenge: Budgets are tighter than ever, but expectations aren’t going anywhere. Teams are being asked to find ways to cut costs while staying productive.

How Atlassian Can Help: Atlassian’s tools are built to help teams collaborate and streamline their work—not just for technical teams, but for everyone.

  • Simplify your toolset: With tools like Jira and the new AI-powered Rovo, plus integrations with video platforms like Loom, Atlassian’s ecosystem makes it easier to work together efficiently.

  • Make Confluence your go-to hub: Break down silos by using Confluence as your team’s central source of truth. Need a hand getting started? Check out our bite-sized courses and best-practice videos to help your team make the most of it.

  • Discover Rovo: Atlassian’s latest innovation combines the power of AI with team collaboration, helping you search, interact, and build on information in smarter ways.

AI's Impact on How We Share Information

The Challenge: AI is changing the game when it comes to how we find and create information. While traditional search can feel clunky compared to AI’s capabilities, it still takes a human touch to ensure accuracy and relevance.

The Opportunity: Rethink your documentation and information strategy—for search and creation.

AI is transforming not just how users find information, but also how teams create it. To help your team thrive, consider both sides of the equation—while still keeping humans in the driver’s seat.

  • Create smarter content: Atlassian Intelligence helps teams quickly generate ideas, summarize notes, and draft content tailored to their needs. Still new to the topic? Learn how to master AI in Confluence Cloud.

  • Get your content AI-ready: AI is only as good as the data it works with. Optimize your team’s content for clarity and searchability so it’s easy for AI to find and use. Our actionable guide can help you get started.

  • Make search effortless: With the new AI search in Scroll Viewport, your help center becomes smarter and more intuitive, delivering answers instead of just links. Book a demo to see it in action.
