Before 2021, edoc used Microsoft Word for customer-facing and internal documentation, distributed via email. Don’t get us wrong – Microsoft Word still has its place. But this traditional workflow struggles with version control, collaboration, and integrations as teams grow. Their old Word-based approach was:
